Privacy Policy
What the Suite does
The Kevinventions Suite is the account layer for three products: Metrix, AdIQ and CloseIt. It holds your sign-in, tracks which products your account is entitled to, opens those products for you without a second password, runs the referral program, and handles bundle billing. Each product keeps its own workspace and its own data, and each has its own privacy policy covering what that product reads on your behalf.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, from sign-up or Google sign-in, plus a password hash if you set one. We never store your password itself.
- Entitlements — which products your account may open, whether that came from a trial, a subscription, the bundle, or a grant from us, and when it started or ends.
- Billing records — your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the status of your subscription, and its renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
- Referral activity — your referral code, a count of clicks on your link, which accounts signed up through it, and the commissions owed to you. People you refer are shown to you with their email partly masked.
- Usage basics — sign-in timestamps and standard server logs, kept for security and support.
Single sign-on between products
When you open Metrix, AdIQ or CloseIt from your suite account, we send that product a short-lived signed token containing your name and verified email address, and nothing else. The product uses it to find or create your workspace there. Tokens expire within minutes, are valid for one product at a time, and are only issued for email addresses you have verified.
How your data is used
- To sign you in and open the products you are entitled to.
- To take payment for the bundle and keep your access in step with your subscription.
- To calculate and pay referral commissions you have earned.
- To send transactional email: verification, password resets and billing notices.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business data for advertising or to train models.
Service providers
The Suite runs on Railway (hosting), uses Stripe (billing and the customer portal), sends email through GoHighLevel, and offers Google sign-in. Product data itself stays inside the individual products.
Cookies & local storage
We use browser local storage for your session token, your light or dark preference, and a referral code if you arrived through someone's link. There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Data deletion
To delete your suite account and everything attached to it, email support@kevinventions.com from your account email address. Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by reply. Deleting your suite account does not by itself delete your workspaces inside Metrix, AdIQ or CloseIt: say so in the same email if you want those removed too.
Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sessions use signed tokens that can be revoked, secrets are encrypted at rest, and all traffic runs over HTTPS. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected accounts promptly.
