Terms of Service
1. The service
The Kevinventions Suite is the account and billing layer for three products: Metrix, AdIQ and CloseIt. It holds your sign-in, opens the products you are entitled to, runs the referral program, and bills the bundle. Each product has its own terms covering how that product works; these terms cover the account layer itself.
2. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account: sharing a login so that several people use a single seat is not permitted.
3. Trials, plans & billing
Products offer free trials, and trial length is shown when you start one. The bundle is billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops future charges; fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it. If a payment fails we may pause access after a grace period. We may change pricing with notice, effective at your next renewal.
4. What the bundle includes
The bundle covers the base tier of each product. Upgrading a single product beyond that tier is bought separately inside that product and billed on top of the bundle. If the bundle is cancelled, the access it granted ends, while anything you bought separately continues on its own terms.
5. Referral program
Every account gets a referral link. You earn a commission, shown in your account and currently 20%, on payments made by accounts that sign up through your link, for their first 12 months. Commissions are recorded automatically as those payments clear, and are paid out monthly once earned. Self-referrals, referrals to accounts you also control, and commissions arising from payments that are later refunded or charged back do not qualify and may be reversed. We may change the rate or the terms of the program with notice, without affecting commissions already earned.
6. Acceptable use
- No reselling, scraping, or reverse-engineering the service.
- No sharing single-seat access across multiple people.
- No use that breaks the terms of the platforms the products connect to, or applicable law.
7. Your data
You own your data. What the account layer stores, and how single sign-on passes your identity to each product, is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 7 and 8 survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance.
